Hotel Arrangements
The 2009 Convention will be held at the Grand Sierra Resort Hotel in Reno, Nevada. SSMA Rates will be $119 single/double per night plus Washoe County room tax (currently 12%) with an additional charge of $20 per person beyond two hotel guests per room. For the benefit of the organization, it’s very important that you make your room arrangements under the SSMA block either through the online option or by phoning the hotel. SSMA guests will receive 50% off of internet rates for guest rooms. Deadline for room reservations is September 30, 2009.

Travel Arrangements
The Grand Sierra Resort offers complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. The Shuttle leaves from the exit located at the far end of baggage claim every 15 and 45 minutes past the hour daily between 5:15 am and 11:45 pm.
