Call for Proposal to Host 2027 Convention 

The SSMA Board of Directors is seeking proposals for program chairs (or program chair teams) to host the upcoming 2025 Convention. 

• Proposals should include:
• Program Chair or Program Chair Team contact information
• Possible sponsors and vendors for meals and field trips
• University contribution
• Pre/post field trip possibilities
• Travel to the area (proximity to airport)
• Local area attractions
• Possible hotels
• Recommended conference dates
• Any additional information that would be helpful in planning the 2027 Convention
